Visiting from out of town and found this wonderful gem a few miles south of Marshall. It was AWESOME! There were 3 of us and everything we ordered was fantastic. Really, really good homemade food and great service.

Do yourself a favor and get the Gyro. By far the best I’ve ever had. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive. I visit from the Twin Cities from time to time and always stop by for a fantastic meal. And get some swag while you’re at it and spread the word.

Our family had an excellent dining experience. Niki was our server and did a great job on a busy Memorial Day Weekend. The traditional wings were a great starter. We were told they make all their sauces which tasted great. The Sunrise Burger is a must try. The hash browns were a nice twist to their version of a “breakfast burger.” We will definitely remember this gem off Highway 59.

Every meal we have had at Bitton’s has been superb! reasonably priced & well worth the money! The food is always great quality and well crafted, and we have NEVER been disappointed! It is a super convenient stop for us on Hwy 59 (heading to Lake Shetek/Sarah) for lunch on the weekends & we find It well worth it to make the 30 mile round-trip from Marshall for some amazing suppers. (Tbh I would make the drive just for the cheese curds!) You get the small town service and the great quality of food.. definitely one of our go-to’s!

The Brisket Melt, the Sunrise Burger (with hashbrown, egg, and bacon ) and the "Prime" reason to come...the Prime Rib Melt great wait staff and owners. Love it, love it and love it!

We found this place at about 1:30 pm today - Sunday - and will definitely take the 1.5 hour drive to come back! My husband, who is an award-winning Certified Executive Chef of 40 years and also previously the Chef for the Minnesota Vikings, loved his Big Ben burger & truffle fries! I had the chili dawg, and it was fantastic. Kudos to the Chef and all the staff!
